The Keys To Detox!

We're going to jump into a little bit more detail about how detox works, but how we get toxic as well, because I think this is a huge point in society right now.

And I think that the more that we can do either large detoxes or be thinking about detoxing on a consistent basis through the foods that we eat, through high-quality nutrients, vitamins, minerals, those kinds of things, and increasing our water intake. Water intake is a super important way for us to detoxify.

One of the things we noticed is when people get toxic, they get general swelling inflammation in their body and skin and what that is their body holding onto water to try and dilute some of the toxicity that's going on with them.
